第 37 卷第 3 期 2007 年 3 月 涂 料 工 业 PA INT ＆ COA TI NG S IND UST R Y V o1． 37 No． 3 Mat-． 20o7 TBA 环氧树脂超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的研究 杨保平 ， 周应萍 ， 郭军红 ，马 勇环氧防火涂料涂料品牌网， 胡长青 ， 崔锦峰 (1．兰州理工大学石油化工学院， 兰州730050； 2．长庆精细化工有限公司， 银川750000) 摘要 ： 采用双酚 A ( BPA) 在酸性介质中， 以乙醇为溶剂， 与 NaBr、 KBrO， 在过氧化氢存在的条件下发生溴代反应， 生成四溴双酚 A(TBA ) ； TBA 与环氧氯丙烷(EHC)在氢氧化钠溶液的作用下 ， 通过逐步聚合得到 TBA 型环氧树脂 ； 以 TBA 环氧树脂为成膜物质与聚磷酸铵、 三聚氰胺、 季戊四醇、 三氧化二锑、 氯化石腊 、 氢氧化铝、 硼酸锌复配得到 TBA 型 环氧树脂超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料 A 组分， 以固化剂聚酰胺 300 为 B 组分， m( A ) ： m( B) 为 1： 1复配得到常温固化 型双组分TBA 环氧树脂超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料。
